I am very ashamed and displeased with myself currently. This past week our so has been very emotionally damaging for me on multiple levels. I'm not an emotive person, I never have been. So I can't really talk about it. I want things to be better for me but everything moves in one big cycle. The only way I can deal with it is to find some way to channel all this bad energy... but thinking about my situation only slows me down more.

I can tell my life is going to be pretty terrible for a while.





...oh, what? You want art? Pfft. We don't do that in art school.

First off, my compi is dead and I'm using my mom's which has a 5x9" screen, and my fingernails have grown so long that I can't type properly on this tiny-ass keyboard.

So a while ago i mentioned that it would be awesome to go to K-Con as talim from SCIV... well my brother also thought it would be awesome to go as Yun-seong (he's the only guy I asked who agreed to do so and with enthusiasm) which is also awesome because it's his first cosplay.

ANGRY RANT-SCROLL DOWN TO IGNORE
So now I'm making these super bitchin' costumes having an awesome-fun time when my sister comes back from college (shit.)
"Whatcha goin as this year?"
"Me and Adam are going as Soul Calibur."
"Do I get a costume?"
". . . . . . . . "
"oh... so he even gets to cosplay now--"
"wanna go as Seong Mi-na?" (pointing at image)
"I like this one (Amy). I'll do that."
". . . T______T okay but you have to help."
"meh. I think I'll just pay someone to help in my place"

So now I'm making her a costume, when all she does is sit around watching TV and playing Spore, she doesn't even care about the character and she's never played ANY Soul calibur (even though we own the 4th one). And what the Hell? Amy has nothing to do with our costumes nor does she look anything like my sister.

Still i'm ultra excited for the Talim and Yun-seong costumes. talims is coming along well but I will DEFINITELY NOT be wearing it outside the convention area. It's the skimpiest costume I've ever worn... TT_TT And my mom's eve excited for it. She says she's going to just hang around the convention area and stare at the crazies. (I love that woman)

Anything else awesome? oh yeah: GOIN TO SEE RENT TOMORROW!!!

of course, once I'm ready to upload/photoshop some stuff my computer dies. How awesome is that? >_>

oh well. I guess now I have plenty of time to sit around watching TV and making cosplay. Hooray for summer.





...I am so bored out of my mind. The one thing I hate about summer is that there is nothing that I am required to do.... that and my room is, like, over 9000 degrees when the rest of the house is, like, 80.

Dear Art Community,

How have you been? I am well. It's been almost 3 months since I started at PNCA and while I have found myself at Art School, I am unable to find time to post the art that I have created. It is unfortunate indeed, since there is such wonder I could be unveiling to the world as of now, as I type from this dimly lit computer lab. But do not worry, as Sakura-con is over and I have been given free time, to do things that i may find enjoyable-- such as uploading my year of work. And as final projects have been assigned, there is much I intend to display.
